Excellent shop. Their staff is amazing, very knowledgeable mechanics all around, with specializing in Diesel vehicles. Dealer can't figure it out, they most likely can! NCSC got highly recommended to me by a friend and a "thank you" to him as well for letting me know about them. Very timely in scheduling, Gary at the front desk is amazing in customer service and always takes time on the phone with me. Never in a rush, NCSC does the maintenance for us on a Sprinter van, F350 truck, RAM3500 truck, gooseneck trailer, tilt bed trailer and two go carts! Old fashioned, good, honest service embodies the way you will be treated. NCSC put tires on my Sprinter van and just recently on the RAM. Both times they did a fantastic installation. Front end alignment perfectly done both times. I am very picky about my tires, and I want the truck to drive better than off the showroom floor. They can do that for you! Ever put exhaust fluid in the diesel tank by mistake? Yep, they can fix that as well :) The shop owner is there every time we had our vehicles worked on by NCSC. You can see him meticulously supervise the staff performing the repairs. I don't often spent time writing reviews, NCSC absolutely earned my praise.
