Bryant Renfro - Mechanic & Maryland State Inspector

Bryant has been a valued member of our team since 2008, bringing 21 years of mechanical experience to NCSC. His passion for automotive repair started early, growing up in his father’s service center. Before coming to work for NCSC, Bryant spent almost 3 years working for an automotive dealership, serving as a Service Manager and Service Writer, learning and developing crucial skills in customer relations and business management operations. As our MD State Inspector, Bryant plays a crucial role in keeping local vehicles roadworthy. Pride, quality, and attention to detail are some key characteristics that drive Bryant to perform his daily tasks every day. He lives in Westminster, MD, with his wife Kelli and their four children, Hunter, Colton, Camden, and Amelia.

Tim Brathuhn - Mechanic

Tim has been with NCSC since 2011 and brings over 18 years of experience to our team. Raised in a family of mechanics, Tim honed his skills early and later graduated as the top student from Auto Career Tech in 2007. His expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make him a key asset to our Manchester auto repair shop. Outside of work, he enjoys 4-wheeling and spending time outdoors.

Gary Webster - Service Writer & Office Manager

Gary joined NCSC in 2021, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Having grown up working at his father’s body shop in Hereford, Gary has a deep understanding of vehicle repair and customer service. Before joining NCSC, he worked as an estimator for BMW and Ford body shops. As our Service Writer & Office Manager, Gary ensures that every customer receives clear, honest communication and top-tier service.

Justin Lankford - Mechanic

Justin has been with NCSC since 2022 and brings years of hands-on experience working on a wide range of vehicles- from tractors to fire engines. He graduated from the Career and Technology Center in 2022 with a certification in Collision Repair. Outside of his role at NCSC, Justin is a dedicated entrepreneur who operates his own business, Upperco Lawncare. He is also an active volunteer at his local fire department and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
